Squareline Troughs
Bettacrete Precast Pty Ltd manufactures a range of Precast Concrete Troughs for smaller animals, such as chickens, lambs, pigs etc.
All troughs are manufactured from 40 MPA Concrete using our unique “High Frequency Vibration Technique” and are heavy enough to minimise small animals tipping over or moving the Trough.
Round Troughs
Bettacrete Precast Pty Ltd manufactures a Round Trough ideal for Cattle and Horses etc. All Round Troughs come complete with a 25mm Brass inlet and a 100mm Brass Drain Plug cast in.
Our Round Troughs have a “rounded” top edge to minimise “neck rubbing” when drinking.
Traditional Concrete Fence Posts
Bettacrete Precast Pty Ltd has been manufacturing Precast Concrete Fence Posts since the early 50’s using 40MPA Concrete and our unique” High Frequency Vibration Technique”.
These Posts were originally designed to suit the Australian Standard for Rural Concrete Fence Posts. There is a range of different sizes and styles to suit each different application on the Farm.
Modular Concrete Fence Posts
Bettacrete Precast Pty Ltd has been manufacturing Precast Concrete Fence Posts since the early 50’s using 40MPA Concrete and our unique “High Frequency Vibration Technique”.
The Modular Fence Post is our latest development designed to fit in most common Rural Fencing applications. The section (size) of the Post has been able to be reduced by using more advanced Steel Reinforcing and Modern Concrete Production.
Piggery Grids
Bettacrete Precast Pty Ltd has been manufacturing High Strength Piggery Grids and Slats for over 50 years.
There are 3 size Grids and 2 size Single Slats currently available.
All Bettacrete Piggery Grids and Slats are manufactured with High Strength 60 MPA Concrete and manufactured with our unique “High Frequency Vibration Technique” which ensures these grids and slats are strong and durable, given the harsh environment of a piggery.
Fiberglass Reinforced Sheets
Bettacrete Precast Pty Ltd manufactures these sheets using “Alkaline Resistant Fibreglass” developed specifically for Concrete reinforcement. Sheets are manufactured in one piece up to a maximum size of 1200 x 2400 x 20mm. These sheets have been developed for use in “Raised Weaner Pens”.
